New patient at the Mishawaka IN office. My first apt I was a little annoyed, my apt was at 1015, didn't get called back until close to 1100 am. Once I got called back things went smoothly. I was told what my treatment plan would be. My insurance covers 100% for most of what I was having done. I had an issues with some of the charges called my insurance company, in which they called Aspen with my concerns and Aspen quickly fixed the problem. Aspen Dental got me an apt the same day, staff was really nice. Dr.k worked with me explain eveything in details. He was kind and patience when it was time to pull my wisdon tooth( i was teriffied) but he was very carful & polite, now my mom feel so much better. The cost was to bad got a discount because i have no dental insurance. Thank you again!
Lindsay is awesome, and everyone is friendly and helpful. They are also good at getting you in with minimal wait for appts.
I needed 2 wisdom teeth extracted. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the staff was friendly, and it was affordable. I was also pleased with how quickly the extractions took to complete. I definitely recommend and will be a return patient.
