Literally the best dental experience I have ever had! All of the staff are great! They explain everything in terms you can understand. They got me right in to take care of the pain I was having! I would recommend anyone to this facility that would want a smooth experience at a dental office and not a scary one! I have been terrified of the dentist office my entire life and they were a straight game changer!

Just got another phone call from a rude person at Aspen Dental in Murry, Ky. After I made appointments with them and inquired if they accepted Wellcare Medicare Insurance I was told today that they did not honor it. Then I was told our appointment were canceled. I find that they are rude and if they had answered my questions if they covered medicare insurance during our first phone call, I would not be upset about todays call. Guess Seniors do not count as valued guests.

The price is outrageous. I am 86 years old. I had a tooth to break off. I have already been there twice and still have a tooth broken!!!

They canceled my appointment day of, one hour before my appointment. Took the day off work for this appointment, and cannot miss again for another 1-2 months. You’d think they would give you more notice. Will never try to go here again. Probably for the best considering everyone tells me it’s 2-3 times more expensive than all the other local offices.

WARNING FOR COLLEGE KIDS AND PEOPLE IN THEIR EARLY 20s I went in for a first time visit and it was an overall awful experience. Waited over two hours…only to find out that I could not get my teeth cleaned because it was a first-time visit. Then, they tried to price gouge me. They recommended getting multiple treatments over the next year for a “serious case of gum disease” and told me I had a cavity. DONT RECOMMEND! READ! August 2021, I finally made the choice to visit Aspen Dental in Murray Ky, for dentures. To feel better, and look better for myself. I am in the middle of building my house, so didn't want to use Care Credit. The office manager said, no problem! 1000 dollars, down and I could make payments "in house".
