Best experience I ever had in a dentist office they were all very friendly and helpful
they use high pressure sales tactics to sell you a treatment plan. they care more about generating as much revenue as possible rather than patient well being.
all the staff was friendly and nice, my disappointment is been 5 hrs since I left and they still havnt sent in my prescription .

TWorst experience ever! I had originally scheduled an appnt at 11, they called the day before and asked if I could come at 8am. I went at 8 for a consult and then they asked me to come back at 11 because the Financial Coordinator was not there due to snow. (We got a dusting and it was melted by 8am - LOL). I could have just kept my original appointment and avoided all this and not wasted my entire morning. Ok people, let's be serious. No one likes going to the dentist, PERIOD. I skipped one teeth cleaning about 6 months ago. So about a year ago my dentist said all looks good after cleaning and an exam. I got new insurance and my original dentist was no longer covered. So I tried aspen. Didn't change anything in my routine, if anything I got better. More flossing better brushing... ect. Had to call four times to get a bill corrected for services I didn't want!
Was excited for this to come to town. Needed my denture repaired and they said they wouldn't do it. Probably because they just wanted money. They told me I needed new dentures. Went to the quad cities and got them fixed for 100. Will never go back there or refer anyone there. Staff was friendlyour but very untrustworthy. That's what you get when you go to a corporate dentist office I suppose.
