The OFFICE staff is very friendly and professional. Each individual that I encountered was knowledgeable, and showed genuine concern about my teeth. I was walked through the process from the beginning to the end with no hidden cost. I was presented with the high/ low what was best for my budget.

Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen in canton Georgia he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. I got my teeth pulled may 2021. Received immediate dentures I was happy UNTIL they gave me my permanent dentures!!! Teeth way too big and the dentures did not fit! Went back several times and they were forcing me to keep these dentures! So do r almost two years I’ve been wearing my immediate dentures hole the comfylite dentures have been sitting in a cup UNWORN!! I went to this office for an emergency visit on September first due to wisdom teeth pain. The soonest they could schedule getting all of my wisdom teeth out which they said needed to happen as soon as possible was 3 weeks. Instead of to another dentist I stuck with them and stuck through three weeks of pain. Then today less than 24 hours before my appointment where I scheduled time off of work and had my mom schedule time off of work to take care of me they called me to tell me my appointment was cancelled. My last two appointments have been horrible!!! They changed office staff and the workers at the desk are not professional!!! If some one has to wait longer for there appointment time, why not tell them instead letting them sit there and not say nothing??? You have to get up and approach them. Then finally take you in the back and leave you sitting there and don’t come back and say anything!!!! This office wasn’t like this!!!!!

Dont expect to be seen at your appt time. Horrible waiting time. was there a total of 4 hours to speak with a doctor for 15 min.Probably the worse doctors experience ive ever had. i was charged for service that werent performed AFTER CANCELING FROM MY FIRST INITIAL APPT because my experience was so horrible with the first impression. so not only that because i was charged for "imaginary " services my credit was terribly affected. i strongly advise nome to use this company

Unprofessional front staff. Had a 1:00 appointment, no one came back from lunch until 1:15. No apology, by 1:30 still had not been acknowledged, or taken back. Decided to leave, receptionist said Ok, acted like she could care less. No apology or attempt to make us stay. If the front desk is that unprofessional and uncaring, the Dr.s must be the same. Your front staff is the first impression people have of your office. You will not be in business long with your disrespect of patients time.
