I went in for a cleaning and a check up to the office in Norfolk. By the actions of the dr, I felt like I was in a used car mechanic shop, selling me services that I did not need. The financial person was very pushy , insisting on me paying for all the work that “needed ? “ to he done in advance telling me 3 times that if I don’t address the issues? ,I will make things worst. Went in for and emergency tooth pain and they tried to sell my bridges and partial. No help with the pain at all. Was there for 2 hours

I went to aspen dental yesterday because I desperately needed to get a tooth pulled & they were able to get me in faster than my regular dentist. That’s what I made the appointment for. They knew the issue & told me they would be doing an exam & xrays first as well. I get there & end up being rushed through the exam & xrays only for the doctor to literally RUN from the room for her lunch break even though I still had a tooth that needed pulled. Customer service was subpar to say the least. My daughter and I went in for a 6 month cleaning and was in the office for 3 hours. My daughter could not eat for at least 5 hours after leaving because the hygiene was poked all over her gums - this has never happened before. My visit was ok but i hate being swindled into services i don't need just so they can make a quick buck it is very irritating, i already Don't know you this is my 1st visit and you are in my mouth...its already invasive enough... i just want the service i came for not the bs story about pockets and gingivitis
