Went in to get a crown replaced they instead focused on doing fillings which of course turned into root canals. Mind you I had recently been to another aspen for X-rays and they mentioned nothing about even needing fillings. Ultimately I trusted them and they did the fillings but then of course it turned into needing root canals. Stop! Go anywhere else! They don't operate like a normal dentists office does. First I was greeted by the x-Ray technician who started the x-Rays, then I was examined by another person who took in depth pictures of my mouth and teeth. After that, the dentists came in and reviewed the x-Rays and exam notes with me. Then I was led to a small closed door conference room with the office manager waiting for me. They lied about being able to help me with a root canal and then suggested seeking out the endodontist who was 1-2 hours away. That's a pretty tough drive in this much pain. The office staff was also incredibly unhelpful.

Booked an appointment with Aspen Dental Norridge for severe tooth pain and knew I needed a root canal (my dentist is closed Friday-Sunday). After an hour and a half they tell me that they only do root canals once a month and I can come back in 2 weeks. What a joke and major waste of time. Will never return! Do not go here if you have an emergency! They have an endodontist on location once per month!

Very busy and long wait times. I was in the office for about 2 hours for a consultation and had to come back that afternoon for a root canal. My appointment was at 2:00 and I did not get seen until 3:15 pm. The endodontist only comes once a month so his schedule is slammed. Had I known that, I would definitely have checked out another place. I had to purchase all of my services before any work was even done on me. If you are looking for a Dental Office that you can never get in contact with look no further. I have had two occasions with Aspen Dental on Harlem where I have not been able to get in contact with anyone in the front desk to confirm information or change an appointment. The first time I called for over 20 minutes right after I left asking a question that wasn't answered during my appointment and had to call the Dentures department in order to speak with anyone.
