I had a cleaning on Nov. 26 and spoke to the dentist about some issues with the Motto liners and asked if there was anything that could be done. He said he would make a call and follow up next week. No follow-up happened. Over the past 30 days I've called the office 3 times and was told each time someone would call back. No phone call. I even called the main customer service number and they said they would escalate my issue and the manager of the office would be calling me. This was about a week ago. No phone call. They rush through everything. You're just a number to them so they can reach their quota. Everyone is friendly but it's definitely all fake, at least in the exam room.

I went to Aspen Dental a couple of weeks ago...and anyone thinking of going beware!!! The staff could not have been nicer...and the place was spotless and super clean. However, they are there to make money and told me that I had over 3000.00 of treatment needed...100% wrong!!! I have always taken excellent care of my teeth and the only reason I went there is that my old dentist no longer takes my insurance. I would not advice going to any of the large Dental clinics...found a nice private dentist that I am happy with.

Look up "Stop Aspen Dental Group" on Meta. Went in excruciating pain and the "Doctor" on-site he basically told me that root canals were beneath him, that I'd need to pay up front to schedule a week out at a facility 45 mins away and I literally had to turn around before leaving to ask them for an antibiotic. The prescription was only 3 days supply and they literally did nothing to help ease my pain. Thankfully I found another local dentist.

Went in to get a crown replaced they instead focused on doing fillings which of course turned into root canals. Mind you I had recently been to another aspen for X-rays and they mentioned nothing about even needing fillings. Ultimately I trusted them and they did the fillings but then of course it turned into needing root canals. After all that when I asked them to replace the previous brought up crown that I had originally went in for and after they did all the other work the dentist told me that he would need all the meas... read more

Stop! Go anywhere else! They don't operate like a normal dentists office does. First I was greeted by the x-Ray technician who started the x-Rays, then I was examined by another person who took in depth pictures of my mouth and teeth. After that, the dentists came in and reviewed the x-Rays and exam notes with me. Then I was led to a small closed door conference room with the office manager waiting for me. They lied about being able to help me with a root canal and then suggested seeking out the endodontist who was 1-2 hours away. That's a pretty tough drive in this much pain. The office staff was also incredibly unhelpful.

Booked an appointment with Aspen Dental Norridge for severe tooth pain and knew I needed a root canal (my dentist is closed Friday-Sunday). After an hour and a half they tell me that they only do root canals once a month and I can come back in 2 weeks. What a joke and major waste of time. Will never return! Do not go here if you have an emergency! They have an endodontist on location once per month!

Very busy and long wait times. I was in the office for about 2 hours for a consultation and had to come back that afternoon for a root canal. My appointment was at 2:00 and I did not get seen until 3:15 pm. The endodontist only comes once a month so his schedule is slammed. Had I known that, I would definitely have checked out another place. I had to purchase all of my services before any work was even done on me.
