Came to Aspen out of desperation as I cracked a wisdom tooth in half and needed it removed ASAP. They did X-rays and scans and told me that i needed $7,000 worth of dental work, which was $5,000 out of pocket after insurance. Had my wisdom teeth removed and squared away and then I get a bill in the mail for another $350 so when I call them and tell them that my dental insurance kicked it back saying that it needs to be submitted to medical insurance they say “oh we don’t do that, you have to”. I called stating i was gonna be 10 late i was coming from needham . They said no problem , i raced to get there and they tell me they couldn’t take me that day , with out a return call , or telling me when i called them that they couldnt take me i lost 4 hrs pay for nothing . Its a princess party with extremely bad hrs , they instruct you to call if you have a problem but they dont tell you that your pain better not be on friday , sat , or sunday cause there so entitled that they dont care , cause it aint the 4 days a week ... read more
Stay away...just went to get checked out by a local dentist after going there for an initial visit...the dentist told me I had a crack in my wisdom tooth and an infection. The dentist prescribed me an antibiotic to help with the pain and kill an infection before it, God forbid, spread. Aspen FAILED to disclose this information to me during my "visit..." it's not something to be playing around with a human beings health because you see dollar signs as they walk in the door. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
I went in this place back in 2016, for the then ADVERTISED free exam and x rays, that's all I received at that point. I never obtained any other services, never became a regular patient, nothing as at that point I had no insurance. And I get a bill from ASPEN for $188 dollars. This place is a complete bait and switch
Terrible experience each visit with just how rude the staff is. Ide been going there for a couple yrs just because I liked my dentist and he knew what he was doing. He is no longer there now and the dentist they have now is also very rude and she is very rough and careless about her work. Would not recommend this location with this staff to anyone.

I first went here about 10yrs ago when I had no dental insurance. I had a severe cavity that needed a root canal. To be clear, this was the reason for my visit. After getting an evaluation, I was told of all the procedures recommended to me. I made it clear to them that I wanted to root canal to my severe cavity done first.
