I should have read the reviews before scheduling with them. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! The Rudest staff ever, with no communication. No one there knows what's going on with appointment times or insurance. Even if you uploaded everything to their portal, process it quickly, but their staff doesn't even check it or understand their own portal to make everything more difficult, not worth going here when there are other dentist that would care about their patient and services!

Came in for what I assumed was a simple procedure while my normal dentist was closed for the holiday. I had a small chip on my front tooth. They dragged me through all of the paperwork like I was a new client and forced me to take full X-rays and high def images of my mouth. I was reassured that my insurance would cover all of this. Don't go here. The staff on the phone are very friendly and helpful. However the office experience for my husband was horrible. He arrived on time and was told they were running a little late. He sat there at 85 years old for one and half hours. Finally he just got up and left. I only wish I had read the review before I made him an appointment.

This place wanted to charge me $23,000 in work when my orthodontist had already sent over a cover sheet of what needed to be done before putting my wires back on (I HAVE TWO INSURANCES) the dentist then says I have several cavities and needed root canals when I've had multiple scans done of my teeth that only show FOUR. Not to mention my appointment time was at 11:30AM I didn't get seen until 1PM and left at 2:15PM, This place has to be the absolute worst, and I don't understand how they are even still in business. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in after having a baby to get a check up. They told me I had 5 cavities that needed to be filled. I have a primary and secondary insurance they told me that my secondary plan was worthless and that only one of my plans could be used so I would have to pay out of pocket. I decided I wanted to try another dentist that wasn't as expensive so I could avoid out of pocket fees. My new dentist redid some of my X-rays and come to find out I have ZERO cavities in my mouth. This Aspen Dental office in Novi is awful. I scheduled a 8:00 appointment and by 8:50 I was still not seen by a dentist. I questioned the office manager John, why were clients being seen before me and I was still waiting. He stated, "That I was a new patient and he had to process my insurance information." Twenty minutes later of him trying to complete this process with no success, I told him that I would just leave. Would give lemons rather than stars if possible. My mother had two teeth removed, it was horrible. She was crying and yelling in pain! The sinus cavity was exposed and stitches placed. She came home with bloody gauze stuffed in her mouth and intense pain. Was only given Tylenol for pain despite my having contacted the office requesting stronger pain medication.
