Very confident and professional staff both at the business stations and in the dental offices. Dr. Rojas.was very professional, friendly and took any time needed to explain what she found and treatment options going forward. In retrospect the entire office staff worked in unison to make my first visit very pleasant. Based on my post visit experience, I would be reluctant to recommend them going forward. I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone was so friendly. My exam and cleaning were both thorough and meticulous. I feel confident with the care I received today. Would definitely recommend!
To be honest the service was a strong 2 and a half. The staff were really nice and friendly. Very straightforward about what needs to be done and the cost to get it done . The only thing That bothered me was they never fix my tooth that cracked and that cause the most discomfort. Now I’m waiting to see how much will my insurance will cover before they see if I have out of pocket to pay for the filling to fix the cracked tooth that causes me discomfort. Terrible! Dentures don’t fit. Sores and bleeding gums. Went back several times for the pain to refit. Bottom denture falls out while eating. Told this was best they could do. Paid $2000.00 for something that sits on a drawer.
From start to finish everything went great. Spotless office/exam room, friendly super helpful staff. Most gentle hygienist ever!!! Very efficient office staff took care of insurance and appointment schedule. Can’t say enough good things about my experience, I highly recommend.
