I was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff was extremely polite and professional. From the receptionist to the dental assistant. Everyone was lovely, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The dentist himself was amazing. Dr. John and Eric if I could give them all 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend aspen dental to friends and family. Extremely impressed.
My review is on a motto aligners consultation I scheduled. The process of scheduling was seamless, along with the check in. I was told what to expect, however what actually happened was a little more than I was informed. I was aware of the x-rays but not of the exam with the hygienist. Overall, a very thorough exam.I felt the dentist was fast in his explanation of what needs to happen before the aligners can occur, and not empathic to the details of what has to happen before moving forward. The most professional office we have come across, friendly. Kind, and genuinely empathetic. Love the lab technician and her assistant, extremely patient with my apprehensive wife. The financial assistant was clear and comprehensive and a very lovely lady. The doctor was clear and easy to understand as to my wife's dental problems. What's not to like? Thanks to all.
Ok so have to be honest today’s visit was a pleasure. Eric and the tech were great. The work I need was both quick and efficient.i forgot the tech name but she was a true pro knowing exactly what to do and did so effortlessly. Thank you all again.
All-Star team of professionals at Aspen. Dr John and Eric took great care of my mother today who was very nervous about her procedure. Their level of professionalism, empathy, and understanding was unmatched and the whole team put my mother at ease. Turned an intimidating appointment into a very positive experience.
