I recently visited Aspen Dental for a consultation and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Eric, a dental assistant who exemplified professionalism. He took the time to explain each step of the process, which helped me feel at ease. The clinic's state-of-the-art equipment also caught my attention. Not a great experience, I would recommend going a real practice and not a big company like this. I had heard bad things about them but wanted to give it a try. They called me one day before my appointment and said my insurance was accepted. I asked how much the co-pay would be, they said they were going to check and would call me back. They never called back. At my appointment, the assistant took over an hour to do my X-rays. She had to keep re-taking them, it was uncomfortable and painful at times. Amazing staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Eric and Jen were great as well as the girls at the desk (i didn’t get their names). In addition I received a very thorough exam and cleaning. I recommend this office to anyone with dental anxiety.
