I originally went to the Aspen Dental in Dyersburg, TN during spring break because oof a broken tooth while out of town. The Dyersburg location was great! I found out that I needed either a root canal or tooth extraction and I chose a tooth extraction due to cost. When I got back home to the Memphis area, I scheduled the appointment with the Olive Branch location and everything seemed great. Our experience today was terrible and completely unprofessional! I took my children in for their regular cleaning and checkup and this was our first time at any Aspen Dental. The young receptionist was very polite and friendly. When I took my child back they start with xrays- which is standard practice but I did tell them that my child has already had X-rays this year and I didn’t think my insurance would pay for another X-ray.
