My husband went for an appointment on Wednesday evening he was extremely unimpressed with the services. They picked at his teeth for a few minutes with a tool then claimed he needed over $5000 worth of services Including cavities and a deep cleaning and also claiming he had gum disease when he had been at the dentist just six months before elsewhere and all was fine. Follow up care for dentures really horrible. I've had them 6 months now and still can't wear them.
I wrote a review a few months ago.after several months of trying to make the hardware fit in my mouth! I payed cash for everything, even the free X-rays that my limited insurance would of covered??? My point is I didn't want a refund for the filling or crown, just the hardware. Then I was going to stay with them & use that refund towards implants. FYI, their, "money back guarantee," is a complete lie!!!! I've worked in the medical field for over 30 years.....being courteous does not equate to ethical treatment! I paid close to 5000.00 for dental work & made every attempt to get a partial refund. They made every attempt to keep my money & not address my issue. They stopped being courteous when I tried to get a refund!���
Very poor services; never even stayed; had a 915 appointment and wasn't even brought out of the waiting room until 10. Was there for 50 minutes and just had xrays and nothing else. Ended up walking out with my xrays and no services after being there for almost 2 hours. Will go see a real dental practice....
Horrible experience-RUN-RUN AWAY-DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL-all they care about are the sales and not the patient. I had a similar experience telling me I needed a deep clean and wanted a deposit of over $600.00 before they would even make the appointment. I bet this review gets removed as well as all the others.
Total scam. They told me that I need this $900 cleaning. Then the crowns that my DHMO pay at $200 they will not put in. It's okay dental peeps. I put in complaints with my insurance company saying that you are breaking contract and my company that we need to take you off of our plan. I will say to be fair that the staff is nice and friendly, but they are out to get the dollar and not care about your mouth.
This is a scam. Do not go here. I went in for a "free exam and free xrays." They tried to upsell me root and scalar planing. I got a second opinion---they had completely inflated my periodontal readings. They also missed a couple of things that they should have caught that did need to be addressed. They just want to do the hard sell on the most expensive thing. Now I'm getting bills even though I had a coupon for their "free exam/xray" promotion.
