RecommendedYesterday I had teeth extracted for an upper denture. Dr. Jalil and Nicole did the procedure and were totally awesome. Prior to the procedure they went into detail on what would take place and were very encouraging and as well as professional and courteous during the process. They took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable through out the procedure. Today I am in no pain and my healing denture is a perfect fit. Walked in yesterday with no appointment and was seen within 30 min. with pain on my lower left side. Knowing i need multiple teeth pulled the DR.gave me my options and listened to my questions.I left with a prescription to clean up the infection for my next visit. In all the entire staff were fantastic for me just walking in off the street. I have an appointment coming up i will update.

Every day I have been trying to do something that helps me boost my spirits. Today I picked up a thank you card for dentist that actually got everything rolling and hand delivered it to the office. If they would have never checked my Bp that day I would have never known the seriousness of my situation. It was very emotional to just say thank you for being thorough and I felt in my heart they needed to be personally thanked.

The customer service at Aspen Dental is second to none! Brought my mom here for some dentures/partials and they took very good care of her. They sat down with us to discuss payment options for everything. They even gave her a senior discount. Got her back in within 24 hours to get everything pulled and new teeth put in.

I love how friendly the staff are,they make you feel welcome the moment you step in the door! They really do listen to ANY complaints you may have and do their very best to fix it. I'm so glad i switched over to Aspen...best move i have made!!!
Staff was very friendly listened to my concerns and made a way for me to come in on an emergency visits asap! WIll recommend them for dental services!
