This was a very pleasant experience for me. Compared to my previous dentist this was like walking into heaven. Everyone was busy making sure that patient needs were being met. I had a short waiting time followed by a state of the art dental exam. They get top ranking from me!
Each dental associate was very pleasant and understanding of my situation; because I really don't like to go to the dentist at all! But the associates were all kind and compassionate.
I came to aspen dental to get my sore tooth looked at and I realized how amazing the staff is they work fast and are very polite and I now have no more tooth pain crystal helped me out with all of my billing and when I first walked in the whole entire staff welcomed me I felt very comfortable. hell yes I would recommend! Dr B is phenomenal! Aspen was my third opionion/quote. He answered every question in detail and, most importantly, in terms non dental peeps can understand. the first place I went to for help flat out said "can't help you". Second place gave me a whopping 10 mins of her time. in and out and didnt explain nothing. Aspen Dental in Pleasant Prairie is the best! Aspen Dental is a true lifesaver!! I had a filling fall out at work and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. They helped me immediately and were able to fix the pain and the problem. Unfortunately the tooth had to be pulled, but they were able to do it right then and there. The staff and dentists are great! They are super nice and very understanding. Since I was a kid I been nervous about coming to a dentist. Nothing against this place as they are great it’s just me LOL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE❤️
They have always treated me well there. You are given an estimate of your needed dental work so that there are no questions or surprises. I've been seen by 2 different dentist and they have both been amazing. I have upcoming work to be done and I would be lying to say I'm not nervous, but I truly feel I am in good hands. All the staff are wonderful!
