We are not against Aspen dental Drs at all. They all treated me well..But everytime I went in they would need 500.00 before I could even be seen. I was never given a print out of billing. I asked for one but all I got was a copy of payments made. They need to explain to people what they are being charged

Business response:

I’m really sorry to hear that and can understand your frustrations, Jackie. My team and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you in order to learn more about your experience and see what we can do to assist. Please call us at 1-866-767-0890. We look forward to speaking with you. – Garlen, ADMI

This has to be the worst dentistry I’ve ever been too. I walked in, as the sign says walk ins welcome, and was treated horrible. Very rude receptionists, and they could have cared less about me being there. I went there because I was told emergencies and walk ins were welcome. Not sure what they consider emergencies, but I have a broken tooth that is infected. Terrible business in my opinion.

Business response:

I am so sorry to hear this and completely understand your frustration, Cody. Thank you for letting us know about your experience so that we can continue to improve our patient experience. – Garlen, ADMI

Aspen Dental is the worst at treatment of their patients. My son may die due to taking to long to get antibiotics for infection. Two trips to local emergency room and now a hospitalization. Made him wait 3 days to see her after I explained all of his symptoms. He has a mass on the side of his neck and is growing. Instead of taking care of this mess herself she told us to go to the ER because they we’re better equipped To help him with this problem. Thanks Aspen dental for putting my sons life in danger due to because you di... read more

Worst ever! Pain same teeth as going in after over 10 thousand dollars. They also charge you for a first visit every time you go and double charge everything. The teeth I got capped chipped off within months and my partial is so thin I am afraid to eat
