I had an amazing appointment today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The receptionist took my info.. immediately found my chart. Logged me in and asked me to have a seat in lobby. Within 3 mins I was asked to come to the back for my consultation with Ms Tessa.
