My visit was quick and painless. I expected to have and tooth pulled and they were able to fill it and save the tooth. My only thing was, the first visit and x rays were free. That is comprehensive x rays. They put down that I had comprehensive x rays, but I only had a single bite xray. Everything else was perfect
Recently moved to prattville AL, while seeking a place for dentistry I also wanted to ensure this is going to become a place where I can call home, the staff, the environment, the financial aspect all welcoming... happy I made that choice to have Aspen dental as my dentist of choice..
THE STAFF WAS NICE AND THE DOCTOR WAS SUPPER. I DREAD A DENTIST BUT THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN YEARS.NO MORE WHINNING I'LL BE GETTING MY TEETH DONE THEIR FOREVER ANS LONG AS I LIVE IN MONTGOMERY,AL.PRATTVILLE ASPEN DENTAL IS NUMBER 1
Aspen Dental has a great staff . Dr.Dysart whom is GOD giving to aspen with her talents and patients. Aspen is very Blessed to have her. The hygienist Lori Denton is the best she makes sure that a clean mouth is very important and when you leave your mouth is squeaky clean. She is a very kind and patient and lovely person. Front desk love their attitude nice and professional . Last but not least the office manager goes above and beyond to make sure every patient is very satisfied and happy . All of the staff at the prattville location are amazing but Felicia went ABOVE AND BEYOND today to make sure I was taken care of and that included hours on the phone helping me resolve insurance issues. She never gave up. She's a very sweet and very determined woman and I am forever grateful for her. Because she went above the call of duty, I have the chance to have a healthy happy smile for the first time since I was a child. Thank you Felicia and thank you to all the staff at this office. <3
