I WAS GREETED WITH SMILING FACES, NOT LONG WAIT. THE ASSISTANTS WERE GREAT FROM THE XRAY TECH TO THE DR AND COUCILTATION. I'M ACTUALLY GOING TO RELOCATE TO ASPEN DENTAL.
The staff and service was phenomenol. However, the prices on their website are extremely misleading. Simple extraction is on line stating beginning at $137. However, when we got to the actual office, they quoted us $297. Big Big difference and we were told that happens all the time because the website is out of New York and doesnt list the correct prices. I would not have gone to this dentist if I knew it was going to cost that. I could have had it pulled for $110 from my current dentist. Very misleading and disappointing.
Walked in around 10:00 in the morning with horrible pain from a broken tooth they did X-rays set up a financial plan for me and had the tooth out that afternoon thank you Dr.Steve feeling so much better
Never in my life have I EVER experienced such awful customer service. My mother is a customer of aspen dental and has been for 3 years. She had dealt with low self esteem due to her teeth for many years and I knew it was time for her to feel good about herself and get dentures. Pay close attention to your insurance claims. Should your insurance company get billed for services that weren't performed, good luck trying to get Aspen to fix the claim and get your insurance benefits back. Going on 4 months and still not fixed. Now dealing directly with corporate and they are still dragging the process out. Funny how it only took a few days for them to get the money, but months of calls for me to try to get it back. Ridiculous.
My teeth are in outstanding shape, I go for a check up and cleaning of my teeth. They have me sign a form for for periodontal consent to clean or not to get cleaned. Before completing any inspections, then the hygienist blurts out numbers and jabs me deep into the gum causing me to bleed. I have healthy gums and great teeth, they refused the cleaning of my teeth and stated i must do a deep cleaning. These people lie and are losers, they are scam artists and need to be exposed they quoted me a bill of 2,000 + 179 for every 3 ... read more
Hi there...I am hands down the champion of 'being afraid' at the Dentist! Surprisingly this 61 year old turns instantly into an infant the instant she sits in the chair! Well...perhaps that is about to change! After putting of my visit for as long as I could...I went to Aspen Dental to help me with a broken tooth and left with five new friends! This place is horrible. Was there a few years ago and they yanked all my teeth. Afterwards I found two they missed. My wife just went (against my warning) and she was robbed. She was in a lot of pain which they took advantage of and charged her $3,000.00 for two extractions and a deep cleaning.
