I worked for aspen dental as an assistant manager. My best friends sister went to this location to get her teeth pulled, after being insecure her entire life, and was left with implants placed wrong, left in pain and dentures that didn't fit. She called multiple times and was told to wait until the beginning of the Month (mind you she is 32 years old) And trying to figure out how to get back to work and function as a parent. just now NEW I worked for aspen as a manager for years in Pennsylvania. I warned my sister to not go to aspen, as she is in her early 30s and has had teeth issues since we were little, but with out insurance she had no affordable options for dentures with implants besides there. She gave them almost 20k in cash to get her teeth pulled and implants. She was never given guidance on what to expect before/during/after surgery. Address patient concerns be honest about what is going on with their treatments. when patient requests to speak to Dentist don't have manager speak instead. get more experience before attempting difficult procedures. Check schedule and have equipment on hand for patient coming in for that procedure.

Made an appointment with Dr Totoro for a cleaning. When I arrived I was told she doesn’t work or Friday. I only wanted a cleaning but there was no hygienist. They recommended everything but a cleaning. Back to Philly for me. Worst experience ever.

For people with a ton of money, this may be an option. First visit without insurance, they examine you for free; and that is where you suspect something, because nothing is really free... They are very thorough with the initial exam, taking full mouth x-ray scan, about 18 x-ray individual images of all areas in your mouth, PLUS an imagining 3d full mouth of teeth scan. Once in the chair, they have multiple computer screens at the dentist chair, for the patient to see as the dentist points out everything wrong in your mout... read more

The prices are too high! They never checked my insurance card! They didn’t have proper procedures with masks and Covid prevention!
