I have been to two different appointments and was told to go home both times because there system is down it has been down for weeks now and I was told that they have no access to a phone or email to inform you that they couldn’t see you that day so you take a day off work and waste your gas just to be told to go home I know that everyone has access to some type of phone or personal computer to email people to let them know to cancel your day off and save the trip

Worst dental office I have ever dealt with. I called to make an appointment. They gave me reminders by text. I check in and they’re not seeing new patients. Horrible service. I would not recommend this place. Unprofessional. Waste of a morning on my day off. Two thumbs down.

Hire enough staff so appointments can be kept. First three cleaning appointments were canceled due to maternity issues. Showed up for forth appointment and was told the appointment was not in the books. Today when I showed for my 4PM appointment, I was told it will be awhile if I want to wait. Still waiting at 4:39.

This is not the service I expected. I did not get the care I needed and the medications were not enough to get me through until the next appointment.i am in pain severly.

1st appointment at this office because they switched me from the valley view location because that office got shut down.....go figure..... then arrive 30minutes early only to be told they rescheduled my appointment, and while I was standing in line waiting to checked in I also overheard them tell 2 other people their appointment was also rescheduled. Had 2 crowns installed Jan 2021. I paid the copay as requested the day of the service. One of the crowns cracked and something sharp was cutting my tongue last month. I took my finger and pushed the poorly cemented and unsealed crown off. this needs to be replaced. A year and a half latter I get a bill from Aspen dental that says the insurance denied one of the crowns. All this after both crowns showed cavities under the crown less than a year later.
I made an appointment on Friday for an emergency issue. I went in for the appointment Tuesday and after sitting for 50 minutes was told I had to reschedule because my appointment was canceled. meanwhile they were accepting walk ins as I was sitting there waiting. the person up front needs an attitude adjustment.

Horrible customer service. Charged me for fillings, that I paid for, then cancelled my appointment and did not return calls. I went physically into the tanglewood location since I could never get anyone on the phone and I was told the next available appointment would be in a month! Not acceptable given the fact that I am in pain, it’s already been paid for and they canceled the appointment for the fillings and haven’t bothered to return my repeated calls to reschedule.
