First and foremost, I am not an individual who typically leaves online reviews about a business regardless of my experience. The experience I had at this location today is appalling. My appointment was set for 1:30pm. When the Dr. finally arrived at 2:35pm, I calmly and respectfully expressed my frustration with waiting over an hour; despite having an appointment. Aspen Dental gave me a 915 emergency appointment for tooth pain. Website says to come at apt time to limit waiting exposure. I came at 913. I was called back at 10am. It's 10:27am and I am leaving. The only thing that happened was I rinsed my mouth and was told we needed to wait for an xray. The hygienist left the area 15 minutes ago with no word. So I have canceled, left, and will never return and will never bring any family member here. The lack of valuing time and safety during a pandemic is ridiculous.
Garbage service they don’t wanna help people .. they just wanna make the most off of you for trying to sell you services you don’t need ..... the lady looked in my mouth for 3 minutes and said I need about $7000 in work? I got a second opinion for a different dentist!
RecommendedThis is a mixed bad. Last time I visited Aspen I ended up with 4,000 dollar bill with payments over 2 years. This time everything was fine except I asked if I should have a front tooth removed due to it's postioning. I informed the dentist that I had a tooth removed previously and she no I did not. I should know! after a bit of discussion she counted again and said of yeah!!. I wonder if I was just skoffed off because of age and peope sometimes think you have dementia. Take more insurance plans. Also don't tell people they need a root canal when they don't.
I liked the services I got. However I was told I was paid in full. And I got a bill for $952. Went to collections. The office people were nice and assured me I was paid up. LIED! Go anywhere else!
I am sitting outside of Aspen Dental very upset. My sons appointment was at 11:45 am we arrived at 11:30 am. The lady at check in was EXTREMELY RUDE! I filled out all paper work electronically but she asked me to fill out more paper work I advised her I filled out the paper work but okay no problem. I filled out the paperwork. Didn't get anything except defeated! I went in for help with 2 teeth and they gave me a plan telling me everything and the ridiculous amount it would cost, so that I would finance and owe them money. Never helped with my actual problem and basically said my insurance sucks, when I get better insurance come back! They also told me I need braces, but since I can't pay the already stoooopid amount and my crappy insurance why would I be able to afford braces.
