very polite and gentle from the front desk to Ms. Shanta Fields who instructed my cleaning and I recommend everyone to go to Aspen dental in Rocky Mount.
Dr. Deena is a fantastic dentist and professional. She goes above and beyond during each of my visits and makes me feel comfortable even though she knows I don't enjoy going to the dentist. Her work on my recent extraction went smoothly even though I was so worried. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Deena to anyone in the area.
I should have read their review first before I schedule an appointment. I made an appointment online and even confirmed it get an Email that is been confirm, when I get there the receptionist told me they don't take third-party appointment service even though I made the appointment trough their website. I have to call in. She was so rude didn't care about me showing her my appointment confirmation at all. Very poor customer service very difficult to get into see the doctor in a timely manner. It took three months or more to get my implant completed. The end result is satisfactory, however, now I have been double billed for the procedure and I'm unable to get a hold of anybody in the billing department to contest this. I have also been on the phone with the insurance company to have a three-way call, which did not resolve the problem. Absolutely will never go back there again.

I called and scheduled an appointment for emergency service. Young lady I spoke to on the phone was amazing. She felt so bad and wished she could get me in sooner. 2 days later I show up for my appointment, which I had already confirmed via text and I'm told I'll have to wait at least an hour to be worked in because I was supposed to confirm via phone. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Poor customer service, very money hungry and will try to upsell you things you don't need. I was told they'll give me a call back once they get in contact with my insurance for a deep cleaning that "I need".... Still haven't heard from them but they sure sent me a bill for the examination when I had insurance. Funny part was I made an appointment for a basic cleaning... that didn't even get done...

Poor customer service. Will change your appointment without notifying you. Then will not apologize but dismiss like it's nothing. They take you back don't even explain or let you know what they will be doing. I had an implant done. Last visit/step, they didn't even if you have any issues let us know or come back for follow up visit. Will not be going back!
