Poor communication about frequent visits regarding Invisaline. I was told over the phone it was mandatory to be seen by the “dentist” each appointment to make sure the Invisaline treatment was on track. I have not once been checked by the dentist before I receive my next batch of trays expect on the initial visit. I reached out today asking if I could have one tray to hold me over until I was able to be seen again and the response by the front office was very unhelpful and the manner it was delivered was unprofessional. My wife received her upper denture yesterday. she paid for top of the line denture and received a piece of crap. They are thin in one spot and not centered. She wants them to fix it but really needed them so she signed off on them, now when she goes back they are counting it as one of her free alignments. I do not feel that is right. it took over two weeks to get them so they should have been done right. I recommend no one use these people.
