I had broken my tooth 2 weeks ago and had a problem with my insurance. They wouldn't give me a card and the HR would not get back to me. I called Aspen dental in the morning, got in that afternoon. They were explaining to me that I could go to another specialist t to get a root canal, they explained how the teeth were worth saving...but it was going to be too much $$ I asked them to just extract it. Do not go there (Saginaw) office staff have $$$ hand out but can't get anyone to fill above gum cavities -- big claims by them bad gums until they do $1000.00 worth of work on gums a 73year old does not have the same tight gums as a 20 yr old, they would not give me antibiotic to clear up suppose infection oh well some one had to be on bottom of class
I will never go there again. First of all he was in a hurry, and didnt numb my mouth all the way and plus he didnt wait for it too kick in. He just went right away extracting my tooth. He was very rought, and butchered my mouth up. I was in severe pain and he didnt ask if i was okay or didnt right me out anything. Matter fact when he was done he just walked out and started working on someone else. He tried atleast 4 different ways to try to get my tooth out. Now my left side of my face is swollen, and my nasal cavity hurts.
I had to give a star but if possible I wouldn't: dentures made very poorly, didn't fit right, dentist is a piece of work had to go to another office in Midland. When getting real dentures made at another place. Had to jump to coorporate in order to get the proper refund. When took credit card info for refund Anna rolled her eyes at me the moment she saw me!! DO NOT GO HERE-RUN RUN as fast as you can.....

My sister had a terrible experience. You guys suck. Get some dentists that actually like their job and maybe you wont have to push people or be aggressive about money.
Went in for a filling. Tooth probably needed a root canal. I asked if it needed one, and she looked at X-ray and said no. When I was there, she was very aggressive giving me the shots to numb me. She was exhausted. She was rude to the assistants that were helping her. They were not prepared for the filling. She got the metal shield jammed in my tooth and struggled getting it out.
