The medical staff is excellent. The administration is not. There is no way to reach them, not by phone, not by email, not through FB. I had to go over in person to finally make an appointment (and I've been a patient for 4 years.) Now, my husband needs a quote and his X-rays and he hasn't been able to get a hold of anyone this week. What is going on there? The last year, your organisation seems to be falling apart?

The office lady was very polite and helpful when I called. I was making an appt for my 7yo son who was having some tooth pain. I asked if they saw children and if the cavity could be fixed same day. She replied yes and as long as there is no swelling or antibiotics needed. I took an early morning, next day appt only to be told when I arrived that they don’t work on children. RecommendedI am a canadian visiting and had a dental emergency. I got an appointment immediately and they identified the problem, suggested remedies and gave me a prescription to get me thru until I was able to return home for treatment under my insurance. There was no charge and no pressure to use their services. If we are to move here we would immediately sign up with Aspen Dental to be our dental providers.
Your prices are ridiculous. I would quality a realignment for one plate $367 that’s pathetic
Illegal practice. Stay away from this illegal corporate chain that stayed afloat after it lost a 1.7 million dollar class action lawsuit.
I am from Texas and have a regular dentist in Texas. I just needed to get my teeth cleaned...just cleaned. I called to make an appointment and was told that the initial exam and X-rays were free and the cleaning would be $73.00. I did explain that I already had a dentist in Texas and just needed a cleaning. So far, so good. I went this morning for my appointment.
