Very nice staff- hard when your patient is dental averse!
I had an appointment 3 months out, but got in sooner with a cancelation a month earlier. When I arrived they were very courteous, when I had an issue with my insurance, they offered me a coupon to have my exam done, after that they worked with me on getting my tooth extracted. I so far like this places thorough examinations and happy employees. At the Salisbury location the receptionist was very stand offish in the morning barely acknowledged me when I entered and left. Megan helped me get my appointment and was great. I didn't like the financial consultant. She just assumed I wanted to do all the work ASAP and spend lots of money. She even went for the scare tactic approach even though Dr Smith told me I could wait a while longer for the root canal but she acted like it was an immediate kinda thi... read more

Front desk employees courteous and helpful with our insurance company. Kati was extremely helpful taking us through the new patient process of paperwork and billing. My husband and myself liked Dr. Smith very much and feel confident in returning for further treatment.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. I have had a severe lifelong dental phobia. My phobia was so bad that I couldn't even walk into a dentist's office without hyperventilating and having a panic attack. The wonderful people at Aspen, especially Dr. Corey Smith and Sydney, helped me conquer my fears and were wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them.
