RecommendedASPEN DENTAL is the BEST!!! But, if you need financial assistance, DO NOT do any kind of financing business with GENESIS CREDIT! I had to file a complaint with the BBB, because they are not honoring our contract, they are giving me the runaround, they are charging additional fees, and they are threatening my credit--ALL DUE TO AN ERROR ON THEIR PART! I have already made someone at Aspen Dental aware of this problem; and I hope they will seriously consider finding a better company to work with them in the future.

I called this location to get my teeth whitened- they told me I couldn’t get my teeth whitened without getting an exam. So I was pushed into getting an exam first, but agreed & provided my insurance info. I took the day off work, came in 20 mins early to do paperwork and they tell me that they CANNOT see me without getting an X-ray. went in to have a crack repaired on my partial today. instead of just fixing the crack they decided to add to my partial to "make it fit better" (it fit fine before! i only asked them to repair the crack, nothing else) My partial DOES NOT fit at all now and is so painful! They completely messed it up and now after spending $161 to get the crack repaired, I am having to look for another dentist to possibly have it replaced because I don't think it will be able to be adjusted enough to be comfortable again. Outrageously expensive! Bait and switch tactics saying for example two free cleanings per year but once there it changes to a deep cleaning for over $2,000!
