1) I have had two appointments and was over billed both times! I had to call to gave my account credited after both visits. 2 ) care/ cleanings were not great. Each time the hygienist seemed distracted. She kept looking out in the hallway. She dropped tools multiple times. Won't go back a third time.

Got crowns put in. First set of crowns were too yellow bc they didn't do the manual shade check which she said she "thought" she did the week prior. Got the other crowns put in the week after and noticed slight movement. Called and asked if that was normal... the lady at the front desk and google both said that it is not normal.
