The service and facility are awesome! Your pricing is ridiculously high! For all pubilc service employees my advice is stay away! Even with insurance it is still not affordable!

STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL IN SANTA FE!!! I had a crown placed in 2018. It popped off 6 months later, I went back to the clinic to have them re-cement it. It popped off again last night. This morning I asked for my money back because I feel like I could get better service elsewhere. They will not give me my money back and want to glue this SAME crown back into my mouth!!! They are a joke. I have one other crown from a previous dentist that has lasted more than 10 years! What a disappointment. Don't waste your time or money ... read more

Arrived Friday for my appt. receptionist called my insurance and said I didn’t have coverage so paid $800 out of pocket. Called my insurance today after digging out my policy and I do have coverage! Now what!? How does this gets fixed??? Frustrated! Have to take a few hours tomorrow to straighten out something that should never have happened in the first place.
These people are serious grifters. Perfect for Santa Fe's wealthy users. made me sit through over an hour of useless days only to try to charge me $2700 for a cleaning. 1000% more than the most I've ever paid for the same service. estimated time to complete the service was 1 hour and 15. $2700...

Went for specific issues. was told non-participating provider "will acept and Bill as though my provider" no additional fees" . Got told you have choice of denture (ad says "$399 on tv". ) Oh that is only replacements. 1st misquote. Then quoted $4000 for denture. asked for insurance quote. Wouldn't supply it. "this is our top line". I want what my insurance allows. We will find a financer for you" I don't do credit no good credit. I want what my insurance provides. Oh! we'll find a creditor for you. The X-ray technician Lisa and the hygienist Adam are very professional and friendly and I highly recommend their services. However, prices for service are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than 2 other Santa Fe dentists that I consulted with after leaving Aspen. By that, I mean 40% to 50% more! Brand new office and equipment and I’m sure they are MORE than competent, but I can’t afford to pay for their new office!
