RecommendedThese guys are absolute SUPERSTARS! Literally! Sema and whole office team where super considerate and so courteous. The doctors, hygienist and their assistants did their job with unbelievable meticulousness and the highest excellence I’ve ever seen . Quite possibly the worst experience ever. It wasn’t great when I went in just over a year ago to get my work done, but it was nothing compared to the treatment I received this time around. Unprofessional, rude, confrontational, and very unfriendly. All they cared to do was get more money out of me, they wanted me to pay for x-rays for teeth that have been pulled out over a year ago. Not satisfied with the experience. Told and showed the staff the exact tooth that I was having pain with and also informed them that I just had Dental work done, and I was taken X-rays of the entire mouth. At the end was told that I had to see a specialist, but next appointment was mid August. I then asked if the specialist would be at the Bradenton office and after looking got me an appointment for 2 days later. Had to pay before the visit. They will lie to you whatever you do do not go to Aspen dental find a real dentist I was told in the beginning that I was paid in full now they continue to put hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars on my care credit app called synchrony Bank I’ve called Aspen dental they have broken three pair of my teeth and one pair I never even saw they broke before they got them in my mouth then they refused to make me another pair activate assured me that they would make me as many pair as I needed until they got it right as soo... read more
