I had an emergency my dog ate my partial I called them in a panic at9:30 am they told me come right in even though I had never been there before. I left there at 4:30 with a new partial and am very happy everyone there was very nice and caring.
Let's be honest, not one person loves going to the dentist. Ever. I have been in the healthcare setting both as a patient and provider and have worked with many fantastic and not so fantastic Doctors/nurses/assistants. Everyone here from the front desk to the oral surgeon was beyond pleasant, approachable, professional, and most importantly, made you feel like a family member (they actually care).
