Aspen Dental is Sioux Falls SD has more than a nightmare. The dentist refused to even see my dad after his dentures broke AGAIN. Run. Choose a different dentist. Have been here over 20 times. Spent thousands and the dentist sends the office manager in (who agrees she has no training other than office manager) but she’s the only one who we saw. I feel bad for the staff. Guessing they don’t t last long. Dr Woodhull (owner) puts them in a hard spot..
thieves, worst experience ever,and not to mention their scam prices,,, my face got swollen 2 days after I went in with them, and not only that but to mention the bills, 2200 for a damm crown,,they give you a price and at the end is different..they tell you something and when the day comes they change the story,, not an honest place,period.
Our insurance recommended Aspen Dental as the only in network provider and their office refused to provide emergency weekend service to our child who had severe dental trauma and was at the ER. Not to mention the first available appointment the dental office could squeeze him into was 5pm Monday afternoon. No thank you as we want a professional and flexible dental office who cares about the health and well being of their patients. Please search for another dental office.
The worst dental experience of my life.took me for $5k!
they could start by being honest and not take advantage of the elderly, lie to patients, not contacting insurance for pre-approval treatment plan, charging $70.00 for toothpaste and mouth wash and not returning phone calls when they promised they would. very deceiving and manipulative. NOT HAPPY!!!!!
All they want is a whole bunch of money. Went back to my normal dentist and was told there that aspen is only worried about making money. Complete waste of time. Also a friend has been fighting with aspen for months trying to get her dentures to fit.

We just moved here and I've always had my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I came to this office because the web site said that a visit is needed but cleaning could be set up for the next day, important as I have a 40 year class reunion coming up. After my 18 x-rays and visit I was told I wouldn't get a cleaning until the hygienist did "perio SRP and gingival irrigation therapy" on me, an additional $1000 charge. They didn't try to explain what they were doing, they were unprofessional and they didn't do it right the first time. Now I have to go back to get it fixed again after they put me off for weeks the first time. was not a good experience. Do not recommend.
