Non transparent billing practices. Recommends most invasive treatment. DONT DO IT! I went here when I just moved to Spring Hill for a routine check up and cleaning. They noticed a cavity and the doctor recommended a crown for it saying that a filling will not hold long term. They wanted payment up front before the procedure. With insurance I think it was about $600. But I had a bad feeling about it and went to Dental Care of Spring Hill for a second opinion. Do not go to Aspen Dental in Spring Hill! The elderly dentist there replaced a veneer for me on a Thursday and it was loose the next morning! I have asked for a refund. The dentist was insisting on doing a crown which I did not want and at the cost of 10 x’s the cost of replacing the veneer! what do you think?

Terrible customer Service. They treat you badly if you complain about anything. They over charged me during initial consultation for a new service. When I arrived a couple days later for my appointment to receive this treatment. I was required to pay again before being allowed to participate in my appointment. I explained I had already paid, they said the notes say I need to pay. So I asked how much should the service cost.
