RecommendedI had a dental emergency and the staff at Aspen got me in immediately to assess the problem and give me a treatment plan. Within a week, I was in and out, healing and feel so much better!! I ended up having extensive work done, but the entire staff (dentist, lab, all the assistants, office manager, front desk) every single person I dealt with was extremely patient, understanding, professional, and compassionate. They made a situation that could have been traumatic so much easier. Thanks so much for all your help!!
My whole experience was very professional and simple! From the moment I stepped in the front door I was taken care of from start to finish! All staff were very thorough with the dental process and each one made sure my needs were being met! Absolutely 100% satisfied with my visit to Aspen Dental!

I have dentures that have mold in them because of the lining
everything honestly. nothing but poor customer service but their is one exception which is the newest manager I've been working with. I've been fighting with this company for over a year over a tooth they screwed up and have expected me to pay to have fixed when I originally spent over 1600 in the first place and that tooth was on the list to be done and was NOT. now it needs a crown and before this current manager they wanted me to pay for this expensive crown. it's been a ongoing issue since late July of 2021. Can you guys figure out how to file my insurance? You keep trying to bill me directly. But my insurance provider says I owe $0. They say the problem is on your end for not knowing how to file insurance correctly. No I do not recommend this place ever, billing and filing insurance here is a nightmare.
Just for a cleaning and an exam I am being charge more than 600 hundred dollars when I have insurance , so found out that they never submitted the claim , scheduled me for a cleaning again and when I am there there was not appointment made , so how did I get the email ? I am lost
I would not recommend them to anyone . At the start everyone was nice but I was not told what all I was going to have done. When I came in for one thing to get taken care of and they didn't. They just talk about other things we could do which was not directed at me just the assistant. Then he was done talking and left without even fixing what I came in for.
