They do not know how to make partials whatsoever. I'm on partial number five and it fits terrible and feels even worse. Their physician team is truly incompetent with any regards to quality of product and also empathy towards the patient. I demand answers and to be treated with dignity.

Bottom plate broke, paid cash for new teeth that have crumbled 2 years in. The fit was never good I never went back because the vibe was way off! Customer service was subpar. I'd never recommend Aspen on Chippewa to anyone!

This was a terrible experience. I arrived and the whole staff was on lunch until 2pm which is very unprofessional. I finally get called and then I am led to the exam room after x rays and the whole process for a basic exam is an hour. I was waiting around half the time. After all this I am called to another room to schedule my actual cleaning. Why wouldn't it be within the same day? This was not explained correctly or I would never have came here.
