If I’m being honest I have neglected my dental needs for fear and anxiety of going to the dentist. After seeing an add on tv I sucked it up and made an appointment. From the min I walked in the door everyone went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and help me devise a plan that works both for my health and my pocketbook. They are great I would recommend them to anyone. If you have put it off like I did give them a call you want be sorry. Thanks.
I went to Aspen because they accepted my Medicare Advantage card. I only have $1000 to spend on the plan, and they made sure I knew it. No such thing as a senior discount at Aspen. They took my x-rays , and had a hygienist and Dr. come in to discuss my plan options. Very high for someone on a fixed income. So, I decided not to go through with the treatment. My issue happened in Highpoint Nc but everyone gets a bad review. I have been waiting for a refund of $482 since July 19. The office never answers or returns calls. I have to call the 844 number. Their piece of mind promise is shit! According to management Janet They still haven’t even processed the refund they are basically stealing my money Don’t not use Aspen Dental sorry Stateville tell Highpoint to stop ripping off customers
Went there last October to get dentures still waiting on them went there today and they built the wrong dentures yeah they said they were sorry six months to get dentures from this place but they take your money in two minutes after you sign their care credit application at 29% interest
They do not honor your appointments and will say you didn’t call to confirm. They are too busy to keep track of phone calls.

Pushy sales of services, and not willing to do just the basics if you can't afford to do what they are proposing
