I had a cracked tooth and I was in severe pain. I decided to use Aspen dental and as luck would have it they fit me in that day as a new patient. Other than being in pain my entire experience from the receptionist who took my Call and I believe her name was Alley who was as nice as can be, then upon checking in I was brought back for X-rays and some kind of bone scan thing and the dental assistant Hannah was sooooo courteous and friendly and so compassionate to my being in pain it was amazing and she explained what she was ... read more

It was absolutely tremendous. I drove 35 minutes minutes to Suffolk from Hampton which I honestly wasn’t happy due to heavy booking during this pandemic and you know what…? I will be driving back again & again due to the people there and took good care of me. I rarely write reviews but they were the highlight of my day.

The staff was super friendly and courteous. The wait time was way too long. I was there for two hours and I wasn’t even getting a procedure done. They need more staff or better scheduling of appointments.

My first visit, they followed all COVID requirements. Staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable. I found a new dentist in Suffolk 😁

My husband is suffering from early signs of dementia and complications from a stroke. During his visit at Aspen Dental the staff was very attentive and patient with him during the entire visit. They made him very comfortable in each stage of the x-Ray and examination.

false advertising claims to provide snap in denture even says on there wall . but call them and nope. i scheduled an appointment months ago 3 months in advance 2 days before appointment they e mailed me canceling my appointment . did not explain until I went in person.. told me go to Norfolk. I did was at that location 10:20 for a 10:30 appointment. 12:15 was approached and told come back at a later date.
