I have nothing bad to say against the staff. The staff is wonderful, and I am sure if I could actually get any work done, I would be very satisfied. My issue is that I lost my teeth at once while I was pregnant in 2004, and since then I can't get them back because none of these offices, including Aspen, will let me make payments directly to them. They all force me into "loans" which all have incredibly high interest rates, and I am just a stay at home mom, on one income. My middle son is Autistic so I have to be here for him... read more
My husband went to get his tooth fixed because he had a very bad infection in his mouth, they ran over the options and told him his insurance was just a savings plain... Which is not true at all... After getting off the phone with his insurance company they said that who ever call just verified his effected date... So meaning they really didn’t even try to help out... After reassuring he does have insurance, he called back the same office and Anna was extremely rude to him and told him it was his problem to figure it out... ... read more
Felt rush through my procedures, but had to wait hours for the doctors. Make sure they cover all your costs on your credit plan because if you don't pay them, it's sent to collections. Never called me when promised a follow up. Two weeks later I was calling them. Not convenient, not professional, not cool.
They have changed their hours. No more Saturday hours. The dentist I went the for left. I broke a tooth and they did nothing. Confused should I fingers another dentist
What a horrible place of business. My mother was a client there. The teeth were made very poorly and did not fit her properly despite multiple trips back in to get them fixed. They finally decided to make her a new set when even the person there that makes the teeth said they were not made properly for her. My Mom passed away before receiving the final set. Teeth are made cheap, I mean cheap!! do not fit, stains bad, hard to clean. now I have to go to some other place. they told me my new teeth would take time to get yousto them, they put me off, told me to wait, when I had enough and wanted them to make over to fit, they said to late, you are to till them within 3mo. I did not understand that, so they told me to late!! They trick people, I bet yhey well erase this. Do not go there!!!
I would like to recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that does not like going to the dentist. My last visit to a dentist was over 5 years ago. I had a wonderful experience yesterday and today.
Very dissatisfied with dentures waiting for them to remake to fit no adjustment can make them correct
I will never step foot in here again. It is not a good feeling being turned away with a swollen face, abscess and in pain. The doctor said...exact words. .my staff is not a baby sitter and this is not a daycare even tho my 8 year old girls were quiet watching a movie. Also to mention that it was clear the pain and swelling was on the right and he asked if i wanted him to work on the left.
