I started going to Aspen a couple months ago due to them accepting my insurance but now I'm glad they do! After childhood trauma with a very bad dentist in my past, I've put off dental work til the last minute. Don't do that!! Aspen Dental in Tomball will treat you right. Their front desk staff, office managers, and clinical team are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and make the stressful dental unknowns pain free...also the actual dental work was pain free too! Aspen dental offers the best dentists. My Aspen dentist makes me feel like home. Aspen Dental in Tomball cares about your smile. The Dentist, Dr. Imo is the valedictorian at a dental college in Texas. I love chatting with Dr. Imo. He makes the best clear aligners in the whole world. The dentist has the most excellent relationships with hygienists and assistants. Should you encounter an issue that the dentist in charge cannot resolve, they will happily refer you to a specialist. Going to the dentist isn't something that most people like to do. It gets a bad reputation. Let me tell you this...Aspen Dental in Tomball was amazing. Made an appointment online yesterday for this morning and saved a screen shot of the appointment info. Arrived for my appointment and it wasn't found. Many would've been frustrated especially with very little sleep and pain from a back molar but I understand that these issues happen. The staff was so nice and helpful. I haven't even gone to my first appointment yet and I already don't like this place and cancelled my appointment for tomorrow. I was recommended by my mother in law and I'm disappointed and annoyed. I've NEVER been on the phone with an office where they tell me they won't be able to look my insurance up LOL how inadequate. I tried this place out 2 years ago. Office staff seemed nice enough but after my X-rays they insisted I needed work done that could "potentially" turn into root canals after they got in to look around. I got a second opinion and was told I actually had no changes to my X-rays and needed no work done. Not to mention as I was sitting in the chair about to get said work done there were bloody gauze on the floor from a previous patient. Thankful I got out when I did.

the worst in my life!! was in hospital four days after work done there! nice people awful WORK! had to have my mouth fixed by someone else, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I had a 4 tooth bridge in the last 6 months and now it's too painful to eat and there's ulcers around the bridge. There's a big gap between the gums and teeth. I'm a heart patient and now I have to deal with this. I regularly brush 2 to 3 times and water pic floss and under the bridge everytime.

needed an appointment to repair fallen crown and I was told they only have next day appointments for new customers. since I am a customer the appointment is for one week away. ridiculous that they repeat customer like junk because all they want is new customers. they are after the money not the customer. shame on aspen I will never recommend again!!

What a messed up business model. They offer discount cleanings and exams and then recommend dentures regardless of the condition of your teeth. I booked an appointment for exam and cleaning. Tech came in and said there was no need to clean as all of my teeth needed to be pulled and replaced with dentures. I passed and found a legit dentist. . .Quick repair to two back teeth and a cleaning, and I am good to go. These people are hacks.
