The Viera office is filled with awesome people. They make you feel that you are welcomed and appreciated. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They present what you need to have taken care of without the pressure to do everything at once. They are pleased to work at your financial pace. Their costs are fair and I found them a bit less than other quotes I had gotten. There is no pressure to agree to expensive cosmetic procedures. I am happy to say this is my new dental office!

Came in as an emergency visit. The front staff was very courteous and made sure that my paperwork was processed quickly. The medical staff was very efficient to resolve my problem. Overall, a very pleasant visit, came out with solutions to my pain issue, and a very professional and amicable Dentist and and staff! Recommend highly.

In all of my 56 years I have never encountered a dentist practice this bad. My viewpoint of Aspen Dental is very low and it should not be operating at all. They purposely jacked up the estimate, claiming I was non-preventative. I went to a different dentist a year ago. I was dealing with blindness during 2022 not allowing me to go for my six month check up. I couldn’t believe the lady she hand me the piece of paper and says you can pay 580 a month for like five years or $1000+a month. I am disabled, and on a fixed income. I ... read more
Viera Florida...simple recementing today of #3 crown. The doctor was not talkative, did the 2 minute procedure, then left, not to return, ask me questions, check the bite or answer my concerns. The dental hygienist escorted me out. Very odd experience.

Still waiting for Titusville location to get back with me on their ERROR with my bill. I paid cash, in full, half up front and the other half at the end. I came back for a correction they tried to charge me another $700. Their are crooked!!!!

poor work. office in Viera Florida root canal was done wrong had to go to another dentist to fix it . call customer relation but seen they can't control local dentist. they outsource their dentist that do root canals just out school poor work done
Went in to have a cap glued back on. Dentist wouldn’t do it until my “infection” was cleared up. $3,000. To clear “infection. Another $7,000. For additional work. They were happy to run my financials & get financing. I left with the cap still in my hand. Over sellers. Beware.

It could improve by sending my ex-rays to my other dentist. I have been calling for a month now and so has my dentist. I spent over 2,000. dollars there. What is the problem?????????? I think I am going to have to go and sit in their office until I get them. I have a lot of time.......
