First of all I DON'T like Dentist's so having said that I went to the Waco TX office and got pleasantly surprised everyone was so helpful and nice also understanding about my fear of Dentists they explained every step and actually got me to relax. Now I am not saying I am totally over my fear but it is nowhere near as bad in fact I am going back on Tuesday (10-31-17) to have them do some more work on my teeth. This was the first time I have been to a dentist in 9 years. I was feeling very apprehensive, but the staff at Aspen Dental put me at ease right away. They were very professional, easy to talk to & explained ever procedure & price to me. Thank you Aspen Dental.
I went in to the office from a referral I received at premier urgent care for my wisdom teeth. I was soooo scared and I hate pain so I just knew this was gone be a bad experience, BUT to my surprise this was the best dental experience ever. The staff and Doctors were so nice and helped me through every step of getting my treatment plan together and removing the infected wisdom tooth. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. 😍😍😁😁
The staff @ Aspen Dental were pleasant and knowledgable, my appointment time fit into my work schedule and the paperwork was not over well meaning. The dentist and his staff explained each aspect of what they were doing and what dental conditions I suffered from in clear statements. I would recommend Aspen Dental to family and friends.
