I was skeptical about going there because it is a dental chain but I had to go there because of my insurance. My first appointment was at the Plymouth location but I switched to the Wareham location because it was closer to my house. I was glad I did because I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed going to this office more. The entire team is very friendly, and they explain everything each step of the way. I had a great experience at the Aspen Dental in Wareham Ma today. I went in for an emergency visit due to a painful tooth. They got me in the next day. The office is clean and modern and friendly. Everyone treated me kindly, professionally and respectfully. Full x-rays and an exam. Dr. Patel was patient, intelligent, and explained everything to me and heard all my questions with care. I'm giving my visit 4 starts for now because I actually just went for a consultation this morning. But I have to say that EVERYONE in the Tobey Rd. Wareham office was super kind and friendly. They understood my fear of dental work and my embarrassment over having gone so long without dental care. The office manager is excellent and explained all the billing and insurance information with care and made sure I understood everything. I would put zero stars if that was an option!! I would like to start by saying that I've had many teeth extracted over the years from different Dentists and I'm very familiar with the healing process! That being said I had three teeth extracted over a week ago and I'm still in excruciating pain but no worries when I called the emergency number they didn't answer for 15 minutes when they finally did answer it was an answering service. Predatory billing and lending practices. Check reviews carefully. Yelp is a good place to start. Ratings there range from 1 to 5. With overall 2.5.
Dentures were not even 5 years old and already lost a tooth. Not surprised the warranty was only 1 year. Had the tooth replaced today and cost a whopping $126.00 without a warranty of any kind. So if the tooth falls out again in an hour you are screwed. Sad they don't warranty their work which should tell you that the workmanship is sub-standard. Just like the rest of this world - pay more get less!

I wish I could rate this organization anything but dishonest but such in not the case. Their price gouging practices are deplorable. $1800 for a teeth cleaning event is clearly out of line. Don't fall for their line of crap about how their procedure is different and special. The only difference I saw was that it included less steps then I had received for 20 years with my previous dentist and most assuredly was not worth 5 times the price. BE CAREFUL !! So today I had an appointment with my 95-year-old mother-in-law for an exam. All we wanted was the exam so we could make an appointment to get her teeth cleaned. The doctor recommended for her to have a deep cleaning that would take two days because of insurance. All she wanted was a cleaning preferably as soon as possible.
