Plan to wait a long, long time at this disorganized office. I was stuck for over 5 hours due to not working equipment, dentist in and out of the room, and clearly overbooking. I did reach out to customer service and the regional support was kind when returning my call. I was comped a small amount for my terrible experience however, I worry this office will continue to repeat it’s problems. Please be warned when you are considering Aspen Dental of Wentzville.
