Dr. Keyser was awesome. He took his time and explained every step in detail. He made sure that each step was done completely before moving on to the next step.
The staff was very friendly, the wait time was very short. My total visit was pleasant. I will recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.

No delay. Appointment started on time. Very fast replacement of two fillings. Actual procedure was only about 20 minutes. Can't complain about the work but there are two sharp edges that must be smoothed. I will contact the clinic tomorrow and make arrangements.
Very bad tooth, needed root canal, but lots of other dental works. At my age, decided for my affordability, to have it pulled. Beautiful, carrying young lady dentist tried pulling, tooth broke into about 15 pieces. Finally had to get another to drill the it lose. Hurt like crazy, but job done well.
Customer service communications were poor.

My appointment was for 10am. That is what time I had on my calendar and what time the email confirmation said. At 1025am I asked how much longer it would be and was told my appointment was for 1030am. Then when I finally got in the exam room at 1045am the dentist came and got the hygienist to help with something else.
way over priced.
