This place is awful. They advertise for exam and x-rays. But yet they build my insurance one hundred and sixty five dollars for those Then they wanted $1800 out-of-pocket for dentures. When I have dual insurance that was just an estimate. They still to this day have Yet to send in a predetermination for both insurances. My husband also had an examination and was not charged On his insurance. They quoted him $1400 for just an upper after insurance and still have yet to send in a predetermination for him. Had appt at 8 am on tues. 4/25/23 went to the office, was told computers were down, I waited for an hour for them to go back up, the receptionist then told me she would call when they went back up.......NO Call or follow up . BAD BUSINESS
