RecommendedFriendly staff, quick turnover. relatively little pain considering how much just got taken out of my face. im a little confused about billing. i put a $200 down payment on my oral surgery, only to be charged nearly $200 more upon my arrival, apparently my deposit was used to pay for my composit fillings, but im looking over my bills and i definitely paid for the fillings at my first appointment in addition to the deposit. so??
went here a couple months back, have serious dental anxiety and was onboard for treatment however after attempting to set up treatment, being promised they would help me (the dentist literally promised me)... however due to my anxiety they refused to help me yet still charged me for services that were never completed, here I am a couple months later paying on charges for nothing being completed and in pain. lots and lots of pain. A truly terrible place to go. Their number one concern is running it as a money making business. The extractions were very painful. I bled for a full day afterwards, They never explained things and when I came in because of problems they did not care. They seemed annoyed that I was bothering in. They always were trying to book me for more dental work. Please stay away

Being in terrible pain from an abscess I called. Told to come right in. Didn't tell me that they close from 12:30-1:30 for lunch ( ridiculous!) of course I arrived at 12:20 and was told to come back at 1:30! To make a long story short they poked and prodded took an X-ray and then told me they couldn't help me, I needed an oral surgeon! Preposterously expensive! 135 dollars for cementing back a fallen crown, And I had to sign first that the cemented crown might fall again very shortly. If it wasn't an emergency, I would have never agreed to that. Pros: very clean place , friendly staff
I am not at all happy with this office. I paid top dollar for the best dentures and plan and they have never been right. They relined them and now they are damaged and wrinkled looking. I went back and the Dr acted like I was trying to get something for nothing. Afraid to go back again and feel humiliated. I paid $3000.00 for lifetime care and received nothing but a very painful mouth and teeth that don't fit. Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
Sorry to say, saving 2 teeth was not an option for them, why? Cuz u get more money with expensive dentures. Not worth the free exam.
