Fantastic Property The apartment itself and the building amenities are beautiful, the location cannot be beat, and the individuals who work here are very kind. Very happy with this decision!
Going downhill I've lived in this building since March of 2022 and it used to be wonderful, but now it's going downhill. 1) My car was broken into in the "secure" garage in Feb of 2023 and building management did not respond to my report of the break-in 2) One of the elevators has been down at least 25% of the time I've lived in the building - with the fire department responding to multiple calls from tenants trapped inside the elevator when it goes down, 3) The mountain view, which was such a luxury, is now gone following t... read more

Constant Elevator and Package Issues This building is in a great location; however, it is quite expensive and seemingly poorly managed. The building is set up with package lockers, but maybe they are always full so you should expect to dig through piles of packages in order to find your own. In addition to the package situation, the elevators are constantly down for extended periods of time. Elevators seem to be down more often than not.

Elevator issues, access control problems galore The elevators are broken all the time. The main lobby elevator was down recently for about a month. The other elevator is also reserved as a freight elevator fairly often. Sometimes you get an email if it's reserved, other times you have to guess by waiting to see if the elevator will come. I've also been stuck in the freight elevator for almost 2 hours. Poor management The building is nice but the management is messy. There are heaps of packages without any sort of organization, packages go missing, and elevators are always broken down. Pretty expensive for the level of management you get from kairoi.

Don't waste your money If you look at the dates on these reviews, you'll see they are for the old management team, not the team/company that took over in May. I tried to give the new team the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, it’s clear they really do not care. Before moving into this building, make sure to look at other buildings in the area. Also, ask residents how they really feel about living here, without management being around. You will be paying a lot of money for a building that should not be charging nearly ... read more
Theft, broken elevators, loud noise Wish I wasn’t tied to my lease. This building looks very nice but everything is a disaster. The elevators are down and waiting for repairs 2x/mo, the trash constantly overflows, pet accidents in elevators don’t get cleaned up, multiple car break ins in the secure garage, bike cage break ins, sirens 6x/ day, and many more annoyances. I’ve lived in 3 downtown apartments and this is the worst experience. Save your money. This is not where you want to call home.
