Can't do better than Doctor Bakall. He is thorough, explains things completely, never rushed. Appointments have always been on time.
Very thorough
Dr. Reddy is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I recently had a dangerous eye condition which Dr, Reddy diagnosed and successfully treated. I see Dr. Reddy regularly and he is always pleasant and most importantly, he keeps me abreast of test results, and/or any concerns I might have. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy to anyone who is seeking an extraordinary ophthalmologist.
Dr. Reddy is excellent. He is very professional --yet friendly. He answers all your questions. He is an outstanding surgeon. And, even with all his abilities he has a ready smile. His staff is outstanding also. Very professional and willing to do what is necessary to do the job.
Dr. Reddy and his staff in the peoria office are absolutely the best. They are by far the best dr office I have ever been too. A couple times they have quickly fit me in when i had an emergency. They are so kind, remember me, and call me by name. There is no judgement from them just genuine kindness. Sadly I am moving to another state and today was my last visit. When Dr. Reddy found out he gave me a reference to another eye center and even told me to call him back personally for a name.
Dr. Kwong was very warm and engaging on my first visit and he continues to greet me with joy and humor. He thoroughly assessed my condition each time I visited, and encouraged all my questions ? and I have a lot of questions. He listened to me and I never felt rushed. I am impressed with his knowledge and skill. He is a very kind person. I think most of us are terrified to lose our vision and his manner is calming. I felt confident in his diagnosis and plan of treatment ?oh, and it worked!
This medical practice should be audited and shut down. They lure you in with a plausible quote obtained from your own health insurance company, but then stab you in the back by performing the surgery NOT in an "in network" facility, and not with "in network vendors" as you requested, and as they (Arizona Retina Consultants) quoted, but: they direct you to a surgery center owned by Dr. Reddy, that charges you an astronomical amount compared to what you have paid had Dr. Reddy performed the surgery in your "in network" surgica... read more
the doctor (Dr. Desouza) conducted a retina detachment surgery and all I remember was him talking about his weekend and what everybody did and how much fun they had. very little talk on my retina detachment and of course the surgery he did cused my to lose peripheral vision and i no longer see straight lines on my left eye. after the 3nd visits I went to another doctor.
I waited over 2 hours on my last visit after waiting 1hour 30 minutes on my fist visit. Will never go there again.
