February 15 I saw Dr. Charles regarding a broken wire. He was totally unprofessional and rude , with no respect for his patient. He only spoke French and only to say hello.He looked in my mouth,then walked away Then, only in French he told Sabrina his evaluation. He never spoke to me again. I had to ask her what he had said. She glued back my wire, very poorly. He never came to check her work. After seven days of pain and unable to wear my night guard, I had to see another dentist to correct her work.
