Wonderful
Incredibly impressed by Dr. Bradley and her staff . My daughter had a dental emergency last night and they worked me in today even though it is Friday! I requested more x-rays for my peace of mind and they were quick to give me whatever I requested. Surgery is scheduled next week. I am highly impressed by the amount of time they spent with us just to make sure I felt at ease.
Dr Bradley is exceptional, rivaled only by her support team. My daughter actually loves going to this dentist! The staff is always very friendly, professional and supportive. We have been seeing Dr. Bradley for 8 years and we have yet to have a negative experience. Five stars and two thumbs up!
Dr. Bradley has a very warm and inviting practice. It's full of life and sooo kid friendly! Her and her team really know how to take their time with you the minute you walk through the door.
Horrible experience with the people running her front office. Very rude and argumentative. We also have had a very long wait time with our child who is two....which makes for a stressful visit!
We had an appt today for my sons cleaning. We are a cash pay patient. I signed a form to waive the fluoride treatment to save that money. Dr. Bradley came out to ask me why and I explained to her to save money. She told me it was part of the cleaning and was required. I told her I signed the waiver her staff gave me. Dr. Bradley told me that was given to me in error. So she denies seeing my son bc we signed a wavier given to us by her office staff for fluoride. Poor Communication!!
I had an unfavorable experience with this office. I did not appreciate the way I was treated by one of the office/medical assistants. I think Dr. Bradley is a good dentist. I like the dental hygienist who cleaned my child's teeth. However, this office/medical assistant treated me so horribly- it is unlikely I will return to this office. I will not be recommending this office to anyone from now onward.
