Absolutely the most disorganized, disingenuous medical office I have ever attempted to schedule appointment and terribly physician assistant who we have a previous diagnosis with pathology report, and she says, I dont think thats what you have. She then prescribes something for IBS which my wife (the patient) throws up. I called the next morning saying, all we needed was a refill of medicine she has been taking for colitis. They didnt give her a 30 day supply because we were just trying to get her through the next week as we... read more
Unable to schedule a procedure for over 2 weeks of attempting to call and get through to schedule. Can never get a person and get cut off after long wait times, no call backs when said it would happen in the hour. Have received a call back twice from a different attempt but was unable to answer due to seeing patients myself. No way to return a direct call and have to go through all the transfers etc each time. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.Booked a colonoscopy for my mom . They told me Towne Lake location. The Friday before her appt on the following Tuesday I called because no one had called to give us info on how she should prep. An employee then tells me she should not have been booked at the ***************** for her procedure but she could be seen at *************************** the following day at 930. No problem.
